Strength Squad

Strength Squad is our signature weight training class at PDXstrength.  Learn how to strength train safely and effectively,  and see your strength soar. You will be using a wide array of equipment from barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, bodyweight, sleds, etc. No cardio in this class hahaha!
